Establish and manage the French team and work together to expand our consumer brand, Albelli France. You will be based in France and working together closely with the Sales & Marketing team (acquisition & retention) based in France with frequent travel to Amsterdam.

Main responsibilities Country Manager Albelli France

• Responsible for the budget and turnover including profit and growth of Albelli France;
• Develop external partnerships (online and offline) to promote the Albelli brand in France;
• Be the point of contact for new and existing partners and manage the whole workflow incl. campaign planning, execution and reporting;
• Manage overall financial performance of the French region;
• Work together with all internal departments to ensure timely product introductions in France;
• Be responsible for maintaining the French website and editors;
• Ensure the quality of all French Albelli products;
• Establish and maintain relationships with external agencies in France (SEO, PR, POS, etc.);
• Report back to the Marketing & Sales Director Albelli regularly;
• Identify new trends in the photo book business in France and take actions accordingly.

Voor onze IT afdeling zijn wij op zoek naar een ambitieuze, enthousiaste en doelgerichte IT Systems stagiair. Als volwaardig lid van ons team draai je mee binnen de IT afdeling. Je zal deel uitmaken van een jong team. Jouw specifieke rol is dat je hét aanspreekpunt bent binnen de organisatie voor alles wat betrekking heeft op kantoorautomatisering. Mede dankzij jou draait de interne organisatie op rolletjes, want jij zorgt ervoor dat de ruim 80 medewerker van Albumprinter worden geholpen met al hun IT gerelateerde vragen en problemen. We verwachten dat je veel eigen initiatief neemt en de verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw taken zelfstandig op je neemt. Ook beschik je over een gezonde dosis humor.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

• Het eerste aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie voor alles wat betrekking heeft op kantoorautomatisering;

Voor onze fabriek in Den Haag zijn wij op zoek naar een Assistant Controller. Jij bent een sparringspartner van het management van de fabriek én de oren en ogen van de afdeling Finance in Amsterdam. Je voorziet je leidinggevende, de controller, van alle informatie die nodig is om de business te ondersteunen. Jij kunt goed schakelen tussen deze twee locaties en weet de optimale afstemming te bereiken. Dit doe je bijvoorbeeld door het maken van goede business cases, bijvoorbeeld als we een nieuwe machine willen aanschaffen, maar ook door administratieve ondersteuning, het verzorgen van de maandafsluiting en het beheren van de financiële processen. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

• Ondersteunen en adviseren van het management team van de fabriek, mede door het verzorgen van rapportages;
• Zorgen dat je feeling houdt met de business en je Finance collega’s in Amsterdam en  de controller voorzien van informatie die leidt tot gevraagd en ongevraagd advies richting het MT van Albumprinter;
• Administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan de afdeling Finance en het voeren van de bedrijfsadministratie voor de fabriek;
• Verantwoordelijk voor business ondersteuning voor de fabriek zoals business cases en kostprijzen;
• Administratieve taken anders dan de verwerking van inkoopfacturen en bankafschriften.
• Onderhouden van de leveranciersrelaties en het beheren van de verzekeringsportefeuille in de fabriek;

Taken:

• Zelfstandig ontwerpen en realiseren van designs voor onze websites en producten (Flash banners, visuals, cliparts voor editors, emailings, advertenties, voorbeeldboeken, assets fotoboekprogramma’s, brochures, giftboxes);
• Samenwerken met Usability/Conversion Rate Optimisation expert(s) om de best renderende designs te realiseren;
• Consistentie van beeldgebruik (foto’s, productshots e.d.) in alle kanalen bewaken en actief bijsturen;
• Als senior heb je de rol van een voortrekker als het gaat om creatief denken / grafische vormgeving. Jouw kwaliteiten inspireren anderen tot het vormgeven van concepten die out-of-the-box / verrassend / anders en dus creatief zijn;
